Marit Stiles kicks off "All In For Ontario" tour

WINDSOR – Marit Stiles, Leader of the Official Opposition NDP, is launching the All In For Ontario tour to bring communities together, meet people where they are, and build a future that working people can afford.

“This tour is about everyone who refuses to give up on this province and believes that better isn’t just possible, it’s necessary,” said Marit. “It’s for the workers whose jobs hang in the balance while this government forces through power grabs like Bill 5 — and waits on Trump. For the families scraping together rent each month as the cost-of-living soars. For the young people trying to build a life here, wondering if there’s still space for them in the place they call home.”

“In the last election, 55% of Ontarians didn’t vote. Not because they didn’t care, but because they didn’t believe the political system was built for them. They’re right — and that’s exactly what we need to change.

“Doug Ford took the summer off, but Ontarians can’t take the summer off from rising costs, Trump’s trade war, and the health care and housing crises. The people of Ontario deserve leadership that is all in all the time, not just during an election.

“It’s time to be all in, all the time—for each other, for our future, and for an Ontario working people can afford.”

Stiles will make stops in Windsor, London, Waterloo, Kitchener, Dresden, Niagara, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Algoma, Toronto, Brampton, Hamilton, and more. She will be hosting signature events across the province to bring communities together, engage people on key issues, and hear about their concerns.
